You need a copy of Windows 95 installed onto your computer and able to follow these simple instructions.
Download the backround you want at the correct resolution and open the control panel. Now click 'Display' and choose 'Backround' and selcet 'Other', locate the directory you downloaded the backround file into and click on it. Now choose 'Apply' and (maybe) ro-boot your computer.
